Impeccable communication skill (written & spoken) and presentation skill in English; Arabic spoken skills will be an added advantage.

Dynamic and proactive in nature and willing to work in a extended hours and under pressure.

Good in sales forecasting and market analysis based on the new upcoming projects.

Well organized in planning business visits and client follow-ups.

Studious and willing to learn new things.

Good computer proficiency in MS Office and outlook.

Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale

Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills.

UAE experience with driver’s license essential.
Desired Candidate Merits:

Must have UAE driving license

Preferably a MBA/ PG Diploma in Business Mgmt(Marketing)/Graduate in Commerce/Civil Engineer in Diploma with around 5 years of relevant sales experience and product knowledge in a similar industry.
