Tech Blocks produces a variety of concrete and paving blocks, confirming to both local and international standards.

Since its establishment in 2006, Tech Blocks has three manufacturing plants equipped with state-of-the-art computerized German machinery with the capacity to produce more than 50,000 blocks and over than 4,000m2 of interlocks daily.

PRODUCT

HOLLOW BLOCKS

Hollow Blocks are produced with hollow centers to reduce weight or improve insulation. The use of block work allows structures to be built in the traditional masonry style with layers or courses of overlapping blocks. These cement hollow blocks are widely used for buildings and require low maintenance. High dimensional accuracy and consistent finish make these blocks an ideal building material for both load bearing constructions as well as partition walls as per standard.

These concrete hollow blocks are a better substitute to work faster and faster to build a structure long lasting value. The blocks are available with a face dimension of 400 x 200 mm (L x H) with varying thickness of 250 ,200 ,150 ,100 and 300 mm.

SOLID BLOCKS

It is the most commonly used masonry unit after hollow blocks. The strength and durability of these Normal weight Solid blocks make it ideal for construction of heavy load bearing walls and is also economic for acoustic applications. Solid blocks are produced using ordinary portland cement or sulphate resistance cement according to the requirement of customers. At Tech block, solid blocks are available with face dimensions of 400 x 200 mm (L x H) with varying thickness of 250 ,200 ,150 ,100 and 300 mm.

THERMAL BLOCK

Thermal insulated blocks are made of concrete consisting selected aggregate and cement with extruded or expanded
polystyrene. The polystyrene is specially designed and placed symmetrically during the time of molding the blocks at
wet stage of concrete. These blocks are perfect for thermal insulation and are mandatory for external walls. The blocks
areavailable with a face dimension of 400 x 200 mm (L x H) and thickness of 250 ,200 and 300mm. The common
thickness for the thermal polystyrene is 60mm for all three sizes. based on customer recruitment various thermal size
can be produced

PAVING BLOCKS

Paving blocks are easy to lay and their irregular geometric configuration provides a higher interlocking capacity than traditional rectangular blocks.
